<p><em>This study aims to understand how customer care is implemented through service and product quality at RM Ayam Pasundan, as well as its impact on customer trust and loyalty.</em><em> Efforts to maintain good communication with customers also help the business owner understand their needs and expectations. This strengthens long-term relationships between customers and RM Ayam Pasundan while enhancing the restaurant’s reputation in the community.</em><em> Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that customer care is reflected in friendly and empathetic service and the consistency of taste and product quality. The business owner maintains honesty, respect, and product integrity even when raw material prices increase, allowing customers to remain loyal despite changes in the business location. This study emphasizes that customer care and quality consistency are key factors in building trust and loyalty, while also reflecting the application of human values in the culinary business.</em> <em>These findings indicate that the implementation of simple business ethics can significantly enhance customer satisfaction and sustain long-term customer relationships.</em></p>Intan Anggraeni Aulia PutriFarhan FarhanMuhamad Rizky PratamaWidya Ananda PangestuNuhiyah

<p>The advancement of global digitalization and the acceleration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) have driven significant structural changes within the technology industry, particularly in the semiconductor sector. This transformation is characterized by the increasing demand for high-performance computing infrastructure, such as GPUs and AI accelerators, which serve as the foundational components for generative AI development and large-scale parallel computing. This study aims to analyze NVIDIA’s competitive strategies in enhancing firm value amid the dynamics of the global semiconductor industry. The research employs a literature review method by examining academic sources, industry reports, and relevant reputable publications. The analytical framework is based on the concepts of competitive advantage, Porter’s Generic Strategies, Porter’s Five Forces, the Resource-Based View (RBV), and the VRIN Framework. The findings indicate that NVIDIA’s success is not solely driven by the global surge in AI demand, but more importantly by its visionary and adaptive internal strategies. NVIDIA has effectively anticipated technological shifts by repositioning GPUs as general-purpose computing accelerators, undertaking bold strategic transformations, managing superior human capital, and diversifying its offerings through a high-value and difficult-to-imitate hardware–software ecosystem. These strategies have proven effective in creating sustainable competitive advantage, leading to improved corporate performance and market valuation. This study provides a conceptual contribution to understanding the competitive strategies of high-technology firms in the AI era; however, it is limited by its conceptual nature. <p>Fiscal dominance occurs when government fiscal policy dominates monetary policy, which can threaten monetary stability and increase public debt risk (Sargent & Wallace, 1981). This study analyzes the long-term risks of fiscal dominance in Indonesia, focusing on its impact on inflation, interest rates, and public debt accumulation. Using historical data from Bank Indonesia and the Ministry of Finance for the period 2000–2022, regression analysis and scenario simulations show that fiscal dominance increases the risk of chronic inflation and attracts public debt of up to 80% of GDP in extreme scenarios (Cochrane, 2011; oo IMF, 2021). <p><em>Pancasila plays an important role in shaping business values and ethics in Indonesia, including in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector. However, its implementation still faces obstacles, especially in human resource management. This study aims to analyze the problems currently being experienced, as well as employee development programs at Kedai Toean Han MSMEs through the perspective of Pancasila values. The research uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with employees. The results of the study show that there are challenges in HR management related to discipline, work motivation, and communication, as well as efforts to develop values based on justice, and humanity. <p><em>The growth of startup companies in Indonesia offers substantial opportunities for the digital economy, yet the increasing failure rate over the past five years reflects heightened financial risks. This study analyzes the financial health of seven startup companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2020 to 2023 using the Modified Altman Z-Score method. A descriptive quantitative approach was applied using secondary financial data. Four key ratios were examined: working capital to total assets, retained earnings to total assets, EBIT to total assets, and book value of equity to total liabilities. Results indicate that PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk, PT WIR Asia Tbk, PT Indointernet Tbk, and PT Digital Mediatama Maxima Tbk are in the safe zone. However, signs of financial distress appear in PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk in 2020 and 2023, as well as PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk, which remained in the grey zone for three consecutive years. Meanwhile, PT Bukalapak.com Tbk shows significant improvement since 2021. The findings highlight that the equity-to-liability ratio is the most influential component in determining the Z-Score and emphasize the need for strengthening capital structure and operational performance to prevent financial distress among startups.</em></p>yosi stefhaniMuhammad Reza ZailindraEdi Siregar

<p><em>This study aims to analyze the concept of employee engagement from the perspective of modern management and its relevance to the dynamics of the working environment in Bojonegoro. The research adopts a qualitative conceptual approach through a literature review of relevant scholarly sources published within the last ten years. The findings indicate that employee engagement represents a multidimensional attachment encompassing emotional, cognitive, and behavioral involvement in work, which is influenced by leadership, fairness, role clarity, and supportive work environments. In the context of Bojonegoro, employee engagement plays a crucial role in addressing social changes and increasing demands for professional performance. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of implementing humanistic, adaptive, and contextual human resource management approaches to foster sustainable work engagement.
