The results show that the variables of Relationships, Service Quality, and Corporate Image have an F value of 25.950, which is greater than the F table value. This indicates that these three independent variables collectively have a significant positive effect on merchant satisfaction. The Relationship variable has a t-value of 3.457, which is greater than the t-table value; Service Quality has a t-value of 3.998, which is greater than the t-table value; and Corporate Image has a t-value of 2.192, which is greater than the t-table value. The conclusion of the t-test shows that the variables of Relationships, Service Quality, and Corporate Image have a partial influence on the satisfaction of merchants using EDC machines from PT. However partially, only Customer Experience had a significant effect, while Brand Image and Endorser Personal Branding did not. The coefficient of determination of 22,8% indicates that purchase intention is explained by these variables, while 78,2% is influenced by other factors outside this study.

Keywords: : Brand Image,Personal Branding Endorser,Customer Experience

Dena RishawaYuslinda Nasution

This study aims to determine whether organisational culture and job training have a significant effect on employee performance partially or simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative method where the data collected is then processed using the SPSS version 25 application to analyse the results of the questionnaire and measure all existing variables with several tests, including validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression, determination test (R²), f test and t test. The results of the coefficient of determination (R²) use an R square value of 0.156, it can be concluded that organisational culture (X1) and job training (X2) simultaneously affect the employee performance variable (Y) by 15.6%. From the results of the f test and t test calculations, it can be seen that all organisational culture and job training variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a Sig value. 0.034 <0.05, and for the value of fcount is 3.688> ftabel is 3.23.
Rachel Darmajadi

https://ojs.jekobis.org/index.php/manajemen/article/view/522

Human resources are a crucial component influencing the success of an institution, particularly government institutions. This study aims to analyse the impact of work-life balance and work load on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of the Jakarta Central Administrative City. Employees face dynamic workloads, making work-life balance a significant challenge. The method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and the distribution of questionnaires to 43 respondents using a saturated sampling method. Data processing was conducted using SPSS version 26, with a series of statistical tests including: validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroskedasticity tests, hypothesis tests (t-test and F-test), multiple linear regression tests, and determination coefficient tests (partial and simultaneous). The test results showed that all instruments were valid and reliable. The variables Work-Life Balance and Workload each had a significant partial effect on Employee Performance with a t-value of 3.842 > t-table 1.684 and a Sig. value < 0.05. Meanwhile, the simultaneous test yielded an F-calculated value of 12.382 > F-table 3.23 with Sig. 0.000, meaning that both variables together have a significant effect on Employee Performance. The simultaneous coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.382 indicates that 38.2% of the variation in performance is explained by the two independent variables.

Keywords: Human Resources, Work-Life Balance, Workload, Employee Performance
Zhulia Choirun Nisa
