Peran Employee Engagement Dalam Memediasi Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di Kantor Pusat PT. Pertamina Retail

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 90 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisa yang digunakan adalah Partial Least SquareStructural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 3.3.3. Hasil evaluasi model struktural (Inner Model) didapatkan nilai R-square kinerja karyawan yaitu sebesar 0,519, artinya 51,9% variabel kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel yang diteliti dan sisanya dijelaskan oleh
variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil uji hipotesis pengaruh langsung dapat disimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. budaya organisasi dan employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji pengaruh tidak langsung didapatkan bahawa employee engagement memediasi secara parsial pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan memediasi secara penuh pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
